Front desk, housekeeping,valet and restaurant staff all very kind and attentive!

This was one of the best stays I have had at any Hilton over the past five years. The front desk staff = five stars Management = 5+ stars I had an issue where my business at FAMU College of Law was completed a day before expected and I needed to move on to the next city a day early. The staff at this hotel treated my situation as if it were their own and made my early checkout and refund work smoothly. I will be returning to Orlando to work with the college multiple times in the coming months and I will be staying here EVERY visit. A big thank you to the front desk and Management for their attention to my issue.

Efficient communication upon reservations having been made, professional staff, extremely comfortable and clean suite.

First: The valet service is the only way you can park on the property, or just take your chances parking on the street, and it was $41 per day. My stay was 2 nights and I was charged $91 instead if $82. Second: I requested an extra blanket after checking in at 3pm, 5 hours later, around 8pm I still had not recieved the blanket. I called and requested it again and about an hour later I recieved the blanket Third: On my second night of my stay, I requested extra towels it took two requests and over an hour to recieve the towels. There was no conference or event occurring at the hotel during my stay that I was aware of, and the explanation I recieved for the long wait times for simple requests was there is only one (1) housekeeper in duty at night and they had 10 requests. Which still does not explain the 5 hours to recieve a single blanket.

Clean room, included microwave and fridge. Parking is not included and is $41 per night. Breakfast was also not included and needed to pay for it. Property was clean and in downtown Orlando

This hotel was centrally located and a great place to stay in the downtown area

The hotel is fine fairly new It’s clean The stuff is good. The only thing is a parking. Like everything in America, there is a middle man. Valley parking only. There is a parking lot behind the building and it’s right there anybody can park but no we have to give the keys to the Valley parking guys. That is stupid and annoying. I can park my own car.

Very clean Nice staff Would definitely be coming back

Need to get parking for hotel guests. Valet was too expensive and I have never stayed at a hotel with no parking.
