Air Conditioning and Check In.
Our air conditioner wouldn’t cool room below 72 degrees and we had to wait an hour to get our room when were supposed to be able to ch close in at 3:00.

Friendly staff that greeted us at the front desk. Hotel is currently undergoing a needed update. Our clean room showed signs of wear & tear. Great location next to Mercer University. Well lit parking lot of a boulevard on the Mercer campus. I would stay here again.

Went to check in at 8 pm and was told there were no rooms and to check back in 15 minutes.
2. Ants were everywhere in the room
3. An alarm went off twice during the night took front desk way to long to answer so woke my son up to evacuate to find out it was a heat sensor.
4. Then at checkout was told since I booked through expedia they could not process a refund.

Due to ongoing renovations things were a little inconvenient. Admittedly, I booked thru a third party but we were not aware that renovations were occurring. I would have chosen a different hotel it I had known that.

Clean room, comfy bed...and really great, friendly staff (positive, uplifting energy). Breakfast was good. Very convenient, walking distance to campus. No complaints!

The wifi was out when we arrived at 4 and remained out until after 7. The front desk/lobby area was cluttered and hard to move through. The construction mess was obvious. There was only one person running the check-in and phones so there was a wait all evening for assistance. The rooms were clean but the walls are paper thin. I have never stayed in a hotel where I could hear every sound my upstairs neighbors made as well as every sound in the hall. Made for a restless night.
