Liked and enjoyed everything. However there is no hit tube a negative in our book. And i wasn't expecting a parking charge even though its $12/night i thought it was free

The property is beautiful

The agent at the front desk was extremely helpful considerate and kind. Not sure what his name is but he should get a raise!!!!!

The room was clean and staff was helpful. But there was a lot of trash left in hallways and pool wasn’t heated, which was a bummer for the kids. Breakfast buffet wasn’t included either

Temecula stay was nice and amenities were great

I requested an early check-in so my family could get ready for a wedding, but unfortunately that did not happen. I understand that early check-in is not guaranteed, which the staff explained when I arrived. I first checked at 1:30 PM to see if our room was ready, but it was not. I checked again at 2:45 PM and then again at 3:30 PM, and each time I was told the room was still unavailable. Eventually, at 4:05 PM, I was checked into a different room because the original room was still not ready. The wedding started at 5:00 PM and was about 20 minutes away from the hotel. This left only about 15 minutes for two adults and two children to get dressed and ready before we had to leave. The situation created unnecessary stress and put a significant damper on what should have been an enjoyable occasion. While the staff was courteous, I was very disappointed with the room readiness and the overall check-in experience.

Very quick check in. The room was very spacious.

I really liked the walk-in closet and open shelves in the bathroom. Super convenient when traveling.
