Barking dogs and was told they are on every floor.
Beautifully designed but service lacking.
No one seemed able to communicate with housekeeping which was spotty at best. Breakfast bar was terrible! Food not good, empty trays not refilled, had to wait for water and juice. So much great food in St. Augustine hotel should be ashamed for charging $16 for such a substandard breakfast. WORST Hilton I have ever stayed in and I'm an honors member so have stayed at many Hilton Hotels of all varieties. Very disappointing! I did love the roll in shower.
Overall, a wonderful experience.
I could say many things about our stay at the property, but I'll be brief. It was a wonderful experience, and the staff was exceptional in every possible way. You'll see us again.

The hotel is wonderful. The staff was friendly an polite. They offered great advice. The food in the restaurant was very good an the service was great. The room was very comfortable. Loved the shower an room layout. Will recommend to friends.

We had been here in July. We needed a one-night stay with two bds, handicapped accessible. This worked out well.

Everyone was friendly. The facility was mostly clean and so was our room. However, there were a few things that need attention. The refrigerator didn’t cool quite right because there was frozen ice in the back of the refrigerator. I did contact the front desk about this but never received a response. The bathroom toilet paper bar was falling off the wall and the baseboards and shower edges needed to be cleaned. The hallway was never vacuumed during our 3 day stay. These may seem like little things, but I expect better from Hilton.
