Excellent accommodations for handicap people
We booked a handicap room as I use a wheelchair and walker. The room was great! Large room with large bathroom to accommodate wheelchair. Walkin shower with fold down seat and hand held shower as well as regular shower. The bed was the right height for easy transfer. 1st floor room was close to back entrance with handicap parking right outside the door. Overall the hotel was very clean, breakfast was good and the staff friendly and responsive to requests.

Family visit in Louisville
I had made reservations earlier in December for a meeting. We had duplicated hotels and I canceled after the date and they were gracious not to charge me. I then rebooked for a family visit after Christmas. All was good. Service was friendly, food was good. I even forgot my laptop when I went home. We called and Anna was great. They located my laptop and made arrangements to have it sent to my store. Great service!

Great service. Great breakfast. Safe and conveniently located.
Coffee pot was not working, lamps next to bed were difficult to operate.
Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful front desk. Eating area all polite and friendly.
A Fine Choice in Louisville
Comfortable room, away from noise and fully equipped. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast as Hilton Honors members. All staff members with whom we dealt were very pleasant.

I know check-in time was 4 PM but I went in around 2:30 and the room was not ready which was OK. Then I called around 3:30 to see if the room was ready and it wasn’t so they said it should be ready at four and when we got there at four, we were not able to check in until 445 which was very disappointing.
