Good Place to Stay.
This is a good place to stay if you just need a bed, a shower, a restaurant, free parking and peace of mind. The location is convenient for restaurants and the interstate. The are two opportunities for improvement at this hotel. One is the small size of the restroom in the hotel room. Just barely enough to turn around. Number two is the very loud vent in the bathroom. It sounded like a jet engine all night long. It didn't stop at all. If you are looking for a middle of the road hotel in a convenient location, this is the place.

The only concern that I've is they are doing an incidental charge of $100. I've seen other hotels doing $20, that too this is something I see after Covid. In some cases of my stay they cleverly forget to reverse the $20 and pocket them, unless you check your statement regularly and make them cancel it. $100 is quite high for incidental charges.

The refridgerator didnt work. We without knowing it put food inside and had to throw it away. Structurely putting the refrigerator inside a cabinet is a none sense because the heat will be trapped in it. Air conditioners was noisy especially when it worked for heating. Had to turn it off, slept trembling cold.
When i wanted ti talk about it to the house maid, they did not even tried to listen to us.

Good place to stay at North Dallas, the only thing was they put on hold a $100 from my Credit Card ($50 per person) just in case we eat or took anything so I wouldn't stay there again just because I rather have those $100 available for my trip. Other than that the shower was kinda tricky to set the right temp, it was either to cold or way too hot. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff check in staff. No problems, clean property and rooms. Only a slight musky smell coming from floor 2 when stayed there but nothing to knock a star off for. Everything was fine.
