Staying at Hilton property's is Always the same. The staff is Always friendly and courteous,the property's are Always Clean and Well taken care of.

We had breakfast in the resteraunt, it was perfect. Pool was nice for 10 yr old. Very clean, great staff.

Best hotel in Erie!

Hot tub in room was perfect. The general Manager was great, and I ate at the restaurant located inside the hotel, food was amazing and filling.

Beautiful rooms. Very close to splash Lagoon and other fun places.

Gym was good. Pool area good. Afternoon and evening Staff was excellent. Staff was above and beyond to make our trip wonderful. We really appreciate it. Checking out was not as , lets say, awesome, but not everything can be ideal right? Morning guy was nice and all, but we were trying to leave by 6:30, so telling us that the breakfast would be available at 6 was fantastic! So me coming to the lobby, asking said staff about breakfast, and having him.tell me that breakfast would be available if they had a server only. He went back to tell me it would be a few moments....... i waited 20 minutes. Crickets. Not a single greeting or acknowledgement. So i left. So not the greatest ending, but that is still ok. The stay itself was perfect!
