Terrible parking situation. Electrical outlets in bathroom did not work. No Kleenex. When we walked barefoot in our room, our feet turned black.

All of the staff were very polite and helpful. I only had one complaint they took and handled correctly. The carpet felt a little sticky to my feet. They said they could change rooms if I liked, but it was in the morning. So he said he would let the staff know to shampoo it. Hopefully it wasn’t sticky feeling because the last time it was shampooed it didn’t get washed out well enough.
