My vehicle was broken into, had to replace window.
Though clean with professional and friendly staff, I didn’t sleep because constantly getting up to check my vehicle.
Immaculate experience and professional staff!
Flight delayed, but the night clerk quickly rebooted my room. Room was very clean. Also, the bathroom and bath tub were clean. I am very satisfied with the Hilton Garden Inn Sugarland.

Great hotel! Great staff from the front desk to the waitstaff and maintenance team. They are always smiling, polite and friendly. Always helpful! Rooms are great and clean. Grounds are taken care of and the hotel is a short walk to great restaurants! I always stay and always recommend to my friends!

My expectations were high since this hotel is part of the Hilton brand and I was very disappointed. Lobby looked great and front desk service was good. The moment my family entered the room, it went downhill.
The lighting in the room was so dim, it's as if we were staying in a seedy motel. Only lamps were available and didn't provide enough light. The bathroom has a musty smell; toilet bowl moves when sat on; toilet paper holder shakes and will come off the wall in just a matter of time; towels were stained. Bottled water was NOT even complimentary.
We came to this area for a tournament so we only came back to the hotel to shower and sleep - luckily!!
We wouldn't pick this hotel again for future stays.
