This is the second time I have stayed here and I rate this a 7 out of 10 here is why:
1. no charging for EV
2. mattress is uncomfortable and needs replacing
3. pillow are all soft and too large no choice of firm or small

Easy access to I81, several restaurants within walking distance. Room was very clean and super comfortable bed.

We visited this hotel as the one we usually go to was full. I travel frequently to the area for work. Unfortunately, in spite of being Hilton Honors Gold it did not feel that we were treated as such. They did not know how to add points to our account and what was more frustrating was that initially we were told it can’t even happen. So we missed any perks on arrival.
The cherry on the pie was when our toddler (21 months old) was charged for the buffet because she ate (literally ) 3 pieces of water Mellon. What were we thinking to offer fruit to a toddler that barely eats?
It was not the amount of the buffet, it was the principle: you charge a toddler for eating a few bites. Having been in the restaurant business, this is unheard of.
Took a photo of the receipt as we didn’t know if it was worth being upset or laughing about this.
We will not be returning to that hotel as I was unimpressed, and it’s a shame as I stay in hotels every weekend for work.
