The people who checked me in were so helpful and so nice.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. The pool and weight room were nice. It stormed a lot and the sidewalks and lot were plowed quickly. ISSAC checked us in and I had talked to him on the phone before our stay. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for such nice accommodations.

Very accommodating to our large family with multiple rooms near each other.

Our room and the elevator carpets really smelled. Also the mattresses at this hotel are very uncomfortable.

The hotel was good enough. A little pricey for having old carpeting all over the elevators, hall floors and rooms, but it was not bad. The staff was great and very helpful. Breakfastmade-to-order omelet was yummy. Good location.

There wasn’t bedding for the sofa bed we were three people clearly requested in our reservation. then the bedding arrived and was broken. I requested another bedding set and finally arrived. Later in the evening i requested to freeze some ice packs to keep my medicine refrigerated during our trip and the following day the ice packs were not frozen. So I had to wait for hours to get the icepacks frozen so I could travel. Really bad experience

Minor issues: The room was fairly clean. There was some dust in the bathroom, furniture and candy found on the floor under the table from the previous guests. The room was cleaned during our stay, but they did not restock our toilet paper.

I may have encountered one of the rudest staff members in a long time. Five of us came back from an event that we drove from Michigan to attend, and decided to stop in for a cocktail at the lobby bar. When asked the person making drinks if he had "fun or special cocktails" he simply replied "what do you think "NO" we have a basic bar". I thought initially he was joking, but then he proceeded to say what do you want I'm busy. I said okay well then do you have a menu? As he placed it (not nicely in front of me) I said are you sure you want us to order anything - he said what can I get you and quite irritated in tone. Yikes - if you are in customer service I do understand it can be tough if the individuals are rude or giving you reason. My recommendation is that this person may need another industry to work in. There was no one else at the bar, and I did order two cocktails and a soda. I did not leave a tip and that is not a typical response from me, but really bummed in the treatment.
