The renovation of the entire property is nearly complete, and the new look is fresh airy and clean. Its definitely our preferred hotel when visiting NW Tampa/Oldsmar.

Booked King bed room and got two queens. This has never happened to me before, and the bed actually mattered. Was told it’s due to booking through third party. Terrible customer service! Front desk was rather annoyed than empathetic. I will never stay with Hilton again.
