Amazing service from the concierge. Cierra provided us with a room upgrade to a gorgeous room with a balcony. Complete surprise to us. Annie had good service in the bar and her specialty coffee’s were great!

I was on the 5th floor and could hear people in the floor above me walking, showering, etc. The A/C had warm air coming out. The staff was fantastic. The food was awesome.

Absolutely love this hotel. The entire staff is wonderful. Breakfast was great and dinner was good also. There are wonderful restaurants close by and the shopping is fantastic. Highly recommend staying here
