Very clean hotel and staff was helpful and friendly.
I give this place a thumbs up for multiple reasons. Great staff. Rooms were spacious and clean. Free waters in the room. Just felt very relaxing like everything was taken care of. Would definitely recommend.

Your staff were incredibly pleasant, accommodating and cheerful. Everyone made what was a difficult trip so much more manageable. The facilities were clean and comfortable, but what really made our two night stay a treat was the exemplary teamwork of your staff. I was reminded of why I love Maine and her people. Thank you.

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent service and friendly people. The food at the pub is very good. The assistant general manager, Daniel Gallison was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again

It’s extremely irritating when employees tell you that you’re not allowed to have a beverage by the hot tub and you will be kicked out if you have one rather that be water or alcohol. I completely understand glass containers, but when I see multiple other people having a beverage and just myself being threatened to get kicked out very unacceptable, you guys have a sign that says Hilton‘s promise you guys do not follow that I definitely will not be back

Normally the bar and restaurant are a big draw for me and my son. Unfortunately, they were closed last Sunday. The hotel is still my favorite around the mall area in Bangor.
