Very nice clean and quiet room
All was really great.
Nice rooms and wonderful staff.
This hotel is great. Clean, bright and beautiful lobby, restaurant area and room. Staff were personable and professional. Special shoutout to Darla at the reception desk and Trace the bartender/waiter in the lounge and restaurant area. Both of these people made our stay very enjoyable. If in Ames again we will definitely stay here.

We stayed Memorial Day evening. We booked the hotel for the pool (with two little kids) and it was closed. Checkin wasn't the most helpful. We then came down for continental breakfast that we were told cost $12/person. Just too many things that weren't great, wish we would've booked elsewhere.

Was a great room. Very clean. However there was no mention at booking that the pool and hottub were down. They did not offer a discounted rate either. Was the entire reason we booked this location.

The facility was clean, friendly staff who were helpful. Menu in the restaurant was not enticing and the breakfast buffet, plant based? You’re in Iowa with real beef and pork!

We had reserved 2 rooms several months in advance. When we arrived, they did not have the room we requested and instead gave us a room that was not ideal. We were told that rooms were down for maintenance as the reason for our not getting the room type requested. The maid service didn't bring clean towels or empty trash each day. The hotel was overall clean, but we found the services a bit sub-par.
