We were very pleased with our stay. Everyone were so kind and helpful with our questions since it was our first time in NYC.

Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The Hilton Garden Inn on W 35th Street is in an excellent location. It is extremely close to the trains and within easy walking distance to many things.

Room could have been cleaner but staff was very nice. Good location.

Staff was very friendly and let us check in 30 minutes early. They also recommended areas to shop and spend the day while we waited for the check in time. Would highly recommend this hotel to everybody.

We love staying in this location. We were able to walk everywhere including Madison Square Garden. It’s away from the busy and chaotic Times Square area. Close to the Empire State Building, Macy’s , and Bryant Park. We also walked to Hudson Yards and Rockefeller Center from this location. Very convenient! This was our third time staying here.

Spacious for New York, clean, helpful staff

Good location for a traveling family. The room was not as clean as expected, there was a musty smell when we first got there, but after staying there for a few days and having the housekeeper help change sheets, it was better. The housekeepers were very kind with our requests. The hotel states it has a "laundry facility", but they do not. So just for traveling families, they have a laundry service where they pick up and drop off your laundry from a third party for a charge. I had to verify this twice. This was one of the main reason I booked this place, so this was a huge disappointment and I was not happy about that. Overall, good stay, not the best or worst. They are renovating the outside, so the appearance could be better as well. There was a lot of homeless encampment around the area as well, so just be aware.
