Were there three nites and never had anyone clean room.
Very poor communication. Never told us we had to request every day to have our room cleaned.
The hotel is fantastic. Great restaurants and amazing rooms.
This our second visit. When visiting Hershey in the future it's the only place we will consider staying. Thank you for a wonderful visit. Until next time.

This was very nice and close to Hershey attractions, restaurants and shopping. Pool and hot tub were clean. The restaurant was all right, could have used more options on the menu. Hot chocolate and cookies were always available!

Our room was on the second floor right in front of the elevator. It was a bit load until about 11 PM. Everything else was great! Very friendly staff. Very clean.

Overall, we appreciated the convenience and pricing for the length of our stay close to Hersheypark. However, we were unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, the inconvenience of the indoor pool not being heated as the hot tub was small and always being used by other guests, as well as additional costs for food and drinks.
