I found the hotel to be sufficient and had a nice stay. The service I received was wonderful. I met Amanda and Stacey toward the end of the evening and they were genuinely joyful, welcoming, conversational, professional and personable. Their kindness truly made an impression on me. A kind word goes a long way and I sincerely hope they are recognized for the way they represent the hotel.They were an absolute delight. I would definitely return. I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the people who made it a pleasant experience.

I live in Hummelstown PA and after the huge storms on the July 4th weekend I was without power starting July 4th and the estimated restoration time was 7/8. I have a dog and knew we couldn't stay in the house with no power. I searched for pet friendly hotels in my area and found Hilton Garden Inn Hershey which was not too far from me. They had accommodations for July 5th so I booked my room and my dog and I set off on our adventure. The hotel staff, food and room were awesome. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure my dog and I were comfortable and had what we needed. The staff was so friendly and receptive to my dog, which was great because he loves to see everyone. Thank you for helping us in our time of need.

Front desk person at check-in (Sam) was terrific. Pool looks nice, water was tested and treated.

Everyone is very nice and my room was clean.

The hotel is a touch dated but it is extremely clean. The staff was genuinley kind and 100% went above and beyond at every opportunity to make sure we were well looked after. If you want your room serviced daily, you have to make that request. Otherwise it is done every other day. Convienent location. I highly recommend this hotel!

Helped with questions I had about places to see.

We only needed a one night stay and it was pleasant. The hotel appeared to be very full. Even with that it was nice and quiet. Room clean and fresh.

The hotel was great for our stay going to Hershey. Around a 5-10 min drive to the park. The 1 bedroom suite was perfect for my family. We do wish the fridge was colder, the water wasn’t really cold and our medicines didn’t stay cold enough. The outdoor area was perfect to eat our meals with our kids and let them run without chaos. The indoor pool was hardly crowded although small but great. The room could be updated. The couch was ripped and stained. The shower had pink mold so could be cleaner and the vents and windows need to be cleaned. We would stay again but would recommend some room updates from the hotel. No more carpet! Tile so it stays clean 😂

Was very nice stay and convenient to Hersey World & Park. Everyone was very helpful. Would definitely items stay again.
