Pet Friendly Lodging Reviews

I live in Hummelstown PA and after the huge storms on the July 4th weekend I was without power starting July 4th and the estimated restoration time was 7/8. I have a dog and knew we couldn't stay in the house with no power. I searched for pet friendly hotels in my area and found Hilton Garden Inn Hershey which was not too far from me. They had accommodations for July 5th so I booked my room and my dog and I set off on our adventure. The hotel staff, food and room were awesome. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure my dog and I were comfortable and had what we needed. The staff was so friendly and receptive to my dog, which was great because he loves to see everyone. Thank you for helping us in our time of need.

Front desk person at check-in (Sam) was terrific. Pool looks nice, water was tested and treated.

Everyone is very nice and my room was clean.

The hotel is a touch dated but it is extremely clean. The staff was genuinley kind and 100% went above and beyond at every opportunity to make sure we were well looked after. If you want your room serviced daily, you have to make that request. Otherwise it is done every other day. Convienent location. I highly recommend this hotel!

Helped with questions I had about places to see.

We only needed a one night stay and it was pleasant. The hotel appeared to be very full. Even with that it was nice and quiet. Room clean and fresh.

I am not happy! I cancelled this stay several days ago and you still charged me …. We haven’t even been there!

Large spacious rooms; friendly staff; toilet in bathroom running all night and day. Front desk informed, they did come to fix it but it continued for the rest of our stay which made it difficult to sleep at night.

Great place to stay.
