Checking in from the App was easy and the front desk clerk was pleasant. The room, king bed and bathroom were nice and clean. Overall, no issues.

Beautiful hotel! I would definitely recommend this hotel. Easy check in, very informative staff, snacks, and rooms were very clean.

They have connecting rooms which for some reason I get even though I don't request it. We could hear snoring from the other room. The heat/cool unit is loud when it comes on. The refrigerator had broken drink holders on the door; it froze our drinks. This place looks nice; wide hallway. I haven't smelled marijuana anywhere near there. There is a restaurant area for breakfast, which costs extra, and a bar for drinks later. There is a Keurig in the room so one may bring his own favorite pods or use the ones provided.

Overall nice hotel

My husband and I travel frequently and have not spent really any time in a Hilton hotel. We stayed here from Thursday, March 5 through Tuesday, March 10. I absolutely, without doubt, have to say that going forward, I don’t think I can stay at anything other than a Hilton hotel. The Hilton Garden Inn Hanes Mall was 100% the cleanest and best experience we have ever had. The staff was more than courteous and kind; the room was amazing; the morning staff at breakfast and the staff at the bar at night went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and wanted. Thank you for an amazing stay and we will definitely be back as our granddaughter lives in the apartments next door. My only regret right now is that I cannot remember anyone’s name that we encountered except for Ellen at breakfast as I would love to acknowledge each and every one of them. I also remember Thomas who I encountered that was incredibly helpful and helping me find a trail to walk on in the mornings. Thank you again for. An incredible experience and again, we will be back!!

Friendly staff, nice food, clean. Would be even better with EV chargers.

Staff was courteous. Mistake in the bathroom. Instead of Conditioner in the shower there was Body Lotion.There was Shampoo, Body Lotion and Body Gel (liquid soap). When I went to wash my hair, this was a problem, as I needed to use conditioner. I expected there to be conditioner, and there was Body Lotion instead.
