I tried to cancel my room for tonight due to a severe wheather warnings on roads going home. I was unsuccessful.

Toilet seat broken, poor workship on tile work and flooring. Body lotion pump bottle had drip hanging from it. Refreigator rocks inside of cabinet. Paint drip on walls. Who did quality control checks on your contractor? Poor quality of work. Breakfast was ok. No dollies outfront when it came time to check out only three available at hotel.

Very friendly staff.

ROOMS WERE CLEAN, LOBBY WAS SPACIOUS AND THE OUTDOOR SMOKING AREA WAS VERY NICE.

I was told that I would be emailed a receipt for my stay and never received it after the front desk representative hung up the phone while I was asking a question. The so called “renovated” room that I stay in was clean but it left a lot to desire.

My stay was in one of the newly renovated suites. It was a pleasant surprise to be in that room. Very nice improvements.

Relaxing and quiet. This is the only hotel I will ever stay in when I'm in Suffolk!

Nice and clean place to stay.

Was not able to check in at 3 as promised. Did not receive digital key until 6 hours later. Checkin clerk was rude. Reserved a room with two queen beds, received a room with two full beds, clerk claimed that it was a mistake on the website and they could not fix it and would do nothing about it. Woke up in the morning to a roach in the floor. Bathroom ventilation did not work leaving a layer of steam on everything in there. Sink was clogged so that tons of someone else's debris came out of the pipes when I turned on the water. The most I was offered as compensation was movement to another identical room where hopefully the bathroom would work. Next day, new room, sink works. Toilet overflows. Call down to front desk for help. Am informed that no one can do anything, but I can come get a plunger they have on hand. Had to clean up the mess myself. Toilet clogged two more times after that.
