The rooms are spacey and clean, nice bed including very comfortable pillows and mattress.
Staff was exceptionally nice, both at check-in and ckeck-out and helpful throughout.
Location is perfect in downtown Bethesda, 5 minutes away from public transportation by Metro.

The room we were given did not have AC. We had to sleep in 80 degree room and were offered a box fan. Ice machines did not work, waited nearly 10 minutes for an elevator, hidden charges. Would like a refund!!!
