Unfortunately didn’t make it to Rochester for reservation had to cancel my appointments for family emergency. Stayed here before and it’s a great place.

Staff very friendly and helpful.
Staff is great, very helpful especially in explaining the garage parking. Very nice atmosphere and room/bath very clean. I will stay again when I’m at Mayo.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to keep our car parked in the lot after checkout because of an appointment. I have stayed at this hotel several times and will continue to stay at this hotel when I travel to Rochester.
