Room 301 had a slight musty smell. This came as a surprise to us, as we had stayed in another room just two weeks ago that was in perfect condition. Otherwise, it was excellent.

Property was great and central location. Booked two rooms but only one was available when we got there. Had to wait for the second room to be available and it was on a different floor. As a family travelling together would have been nice to have two adjoining rooms.

I had booked a room with two queen beds for couple of nights at this hotel through Expedia. They gave me a one king bed with a sofa bed. I had booked the room at least a month and a half ahead. The front desk said I had to call Expedia to ask why I was given this room. Seriously!!!!!! If you don't want Expedia customers, then don't sell your rooms on Expedia. It was not cheap either.
The customer service and front desk are awful. They have a water pitcher at the front for guests. When it was empty, there was no one there to refill. The person at the front desk did not care and said that it may be filled the next day.
The lobby is nice and can accomodate a large number of guests if you are travelling in a group.
