The front desk staff was great. The location of the hotel is less than ideal—overlooking a highway in a pretty glum part of town with nothing nearby. We stayed there because it was a 20 min walk to Xavier. But the walk is pretty ugly so nothing to see. Also no breakfast included. And they don’t clean the rooms daily, which is fine but usually if you ask for certain things housekeeping will oblige. We asked to have new towels, trash taken out and bed made—just made not new linen— and they did everything but make the bed. I guess the thought it wasn’t important. All in all a pretty mediocre experience. We should have stayed someplace different like the Hampton Inn, in a place with things going on around it.
