The front desk man was a big help
This reservation was for my daughter who was coming out of Mercy hospital and needed to isolate to not catch any new illness! She was not contagious.This was the only way I could help her by paying for to stay where I usually stay!

Room is spacious, enough work space.
I experience too much noise from a family next door on the 1st night. The noise was too bad. Up to 2:00 am a kid was running everywhere in their room making a hell of noise. I wish there will be enough respect for others peace of mind.

This hotel was not very clean, items empty in the washroom, non functional shower knob and had an overall unpleasant odor. I had to change my room for a leaky toilet. Stiff was nice in accommodating me and gave me a nicer room and free breakfast.

Older property, shows wear. Rooms clean, well provisioned, but lacking in lighting. Staff friendly. Tacos in restaurant were wonderful and service excellent. Port shuttle a real bonus.
