A very comfortable and well-maintained hotel. Lovely staff. Spacious room. Would absolutely stay again. (Only hitch was the bed could have been newer...this one was past its prime, but not uncomfortable. Just a little worn for a property this nice.)

The hotel was conveniently located off SR71, with a Starbucks next door and a lot of places to eat in the neighboring shopping malls.
The hotel is at the end of a cul-de-sac and the parking was free and safe!
This is definitely a hotel I would return to!

We booked 3 rooms because we were a party of 8 and guest services said we could have our rooms together on same floor and when the other 4 people checked in we had to get different rooms on different floors.

My worst experience at a Hilton Garden Inn: 1. the mattress was completely worn, uneven and lumpy. 2. The polyester sheets were threadbare. 3. The pillows (4) were all lumpy and old. 5. The room faced the freeway on one side and the elevator and ice machine were on the other side, creating a humm all night. 5. The lotion vessel was empty (room service did come up with another bottle).
That being said, the facility is clean. The made to order breakfast was very nice.

We stayed in an accessible room #306. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was clean but the floor tiles are lifting a bit which makes it a little bit of a tripping hazard near the roll in shower.
The mattress was broken down (I assume from people sitting on the edge) on the side closest to the bathroom which made the bed VERY uncomfortable, I even tried sleeping in the middle but I would roll to the side.
Other than the subpar bed, the lifting bathroom tile, the room was comfortable, clean, and plenty big.

This was a great place--great staff, spacious rooms, clean and kept up, conveniently located, etc. The restaurant was out of a few items, and the menu should add a good option for vegetarians (and/or vegans). That said, the staff made me a meal from scratch that was absolutely delicious! Thank you!
