Reason for trip was the Baltimore Comic Con. Very clean rooms. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. A great experience. Would stay there again and and recommend.

The gym is a real fitness center that is attached to the hotel, which is fantastic.
Parking is easy and having in and out privileges in Baltimore is key.
The hotel itself needs a little updating. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, but the wall paper was peeling in some corners and the fixtures in the bathrooms needed to be tightened.

The room was clean. Staff courteous. Couldn't use pool because some kind of class that I wasn't informed of prior to, was being held when I took my grandchildren down. HI had a hard time with WiFi got it going with assistance.. I would stay again

Great place and the pool was beyond expectations. Love the location to the Harbor, such a short walk to the aquarium. Just didn't like the french doors to the bathroom. I was with three kids, and they could see through the seam where the doors would meet. It is hard as a mom to get alone time in general, especially when Dad had to work, so the one place I can get was gone.

Ice machine was not working on the 4th floor so when to 5th floor was not working so i went to 3rd floor it was working front desk receptionist when i came in nickol was awesome and very helpful but when i checked out younglady that check me out was ok but when i called to check and see if my money was returned to my card she was kind of rude and hung up the phone on me as if i was bothering her it sounded like the same person that check out other wise i enjoyed myself
