Folks at the front desk were welcoming and professional. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was perfect for getting the day started.
Great place to stay
This hotel is excellent. They have a free shuttle. One thing that is amazing is that it is .2 miles from the UTEP campus, which is a beautiful place to walk around. The architecture and landscape make this a unique place to see. The Hilton used the same architectural motif as the campus which a tibetan style.

My Go To Hotel in El Paso!
My family and I have used this hotel several times over the years. Its location to medical hospitals has been our main reason due to its proximity to Las Palmas and Providence hospitals. They have always taken very good care of our needs, working with us when extra days have been needed, or helped us reschedule our needs. We have always been very happy with our rooms and I highly recommend them to my friends from New Mexico when they have medical procedures done in El Paso. I’ve already scheduled my room for an upcoming family surgery procedure in November.
Handy And Dandy
Any time you visit UTEP or El Paso's west side, consider doing what I do: stay at the Hilton Garden Inn/University, park in the hotel parking lot, then avoid any traffic hassle by walking to the stadium, Haskins arena, fast food joints and campus area shopping.

The staff was very friendly. Spacious and clean rooms. Located right on UTEP Campus and close access to I-10. Would stay again.
