It was the perfect place to stay! I was close to everything. From the L trains, to the bus stops, and even the water taxi. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was my first time in Chicago and I couldn’t have asked a better experience.

Yes food was fresh, had breakfast and in the afternoon had a fresh salad with chicken…delish. Also had an espresso martini very good then walked to the Union Station.

The room was clean and the Bar is a wonderful place to relax for a drink after walking around Chicago. Paul and Manny are excellent bartenders. We love coming to this hotel!!!

Great room shape and amenities - Could hear the train every 15 minutes also the view was the back of another building and felt like someone could easily see inside our room so we kept the drapes shut the whole time… which made the room even darker!
