A nice stay
Everything for the most part was great. The evening shift check in representative was especially courteous and friendly. He made the check in process easy.

Very clean. I was on pleasure trip but room would be good for business travel with desk and comfortable chair for relaxing. Very nice hotel.
Overcharged for a pre approved payment.
Overpriced food. Even a continental breakfast cost money. No fan in the bathroom. No nightlight in the bathroom. Room was small and more expensive than other hotels we have stayed at. Took three requests to get clean towels. Very disappointed in this hotel stay. When I arrive home I will still have to work on getting my refund for being overcharged.

The bar/restaurant was not open as advertised or as advised by staff. It was supposed to be open from 5-10pm, however it was not.

Check-in was slow even though no one else was checking ... one staff member ignored my wife; second one helped, but failed to give her a parking pass. (No one towed her car.)
Cleaning staff entered the room on checkout day without knocking first.
Hotel ran out of K Cups ... but could've fixed that with a trip to a grocery store.
The TV guide system is terrible, bring your own or stay at a different hotel.
The HVAC fluctuated between extremely loud to cool & off ... waking us up.
By far, worst Hilton experience ever.

I was initially assigned a room that was clearly not cleaned from the previous guest. After a long day, I had to return to the front desk, where I was reassigned to a different room farther away. Unfortunately, that room was also not properly cleaned, as there was still trash left behind from the previous guest.
At that point, I was too tired to go back again, so I stayed, hoping at least the bed had been changed. To make matters worse, the AC unit was extremely noisy, making it difficult to rest.
Due to these issues, I decided to check out a day early and move to another hotel for the remainder of my stay.

I've stayed here multiple times - the staff is always friendly (front desk and bar), the room and bed are comfortable. Great location in RTP, easy parking.
