We chose this hotel for location. Near Ascension St Vincent. Easy to get from home to hotel and hotel to hospital. We will recommend Hilton garden inn to family and friends.

Have never had to pay to park my car in the parking lot.
1- if someone is staying there they should be able to park for free.
2- just fyi if you charging for parking you are also assuming responsibility for that persons vehicle (damage or break ins)

I loved the property. The lobby was large and had plenty of seating. What we did run into was a couple with 3 big dogs that were not manageable. They smelled left and right odor in the elevator and on the hall. From now on I will want to know if the hotel accommodate dogs and if they were in the room I am given. No hospitality coffee.. you should have that. Fresh baked cookies too. I hear others complain about breakfast price not suitable for what they received.
