Best things about this hotel are the great location and quiet rooms, I was confident booking because I had stayed at this property several years ago, so it was disappointing to find the interior is seriously overdue for updating: beds and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, curtains were somewhat grungy, one of the lights was broken and didn’t work, etc. Our room was not serviced until it was requested and some of the staff might be better assigned to jobs that aren’t people facing. It’s a great location and not a bad property, I’ll just book elsewhere on my next trip.

Overall, I like this hotel. I've stayed there several times. However, each room varies. Some are more run down than others. During this trip I had a leaky pipe in the bathroom that they just tried to use tape to fix. However, it leaked every time you ran the sink. Also, they had elevated issues again this year.
