checked in early 6:00pm, just got the room key then went to pick up guest at the airport 3hrs flight delay ....got back
to the room and there was someone sleeping in my room ....the worst ! could have been really bad ! they gave me a new room .....still charged me ...but they did give me a apple and orange ...this placed is so bad

I have been a Hilton Honors member for over 30 years, I came here for the hot tub," I need it for my leg" it was out of order, I asked to relocate me, they refuse to do that because I booked through Expedia.
I called Expedia they said it was okay to move as long the management will let me go.
They refuse to do that.
Horrible experience, horrible view from the window.
