This property is not clean, hallway carpet was visibly dirty, bathrooms were not cleaned properly. On the other hand, bath towels were clean.

Very disappointed that I was sold a room that does not even exist at this hotel. Besides that, the hotel itself was amazing and tried their hardest to correct the booking mistake by hotels.com, however there was nothing they could do. My family just had to make do because we traveled 6 hours on thanksgiving & the hotel had no other rooms.
