The staff were lovely but it was David the supervisor who was the star of the show so friendly and kindhearted.
The room was tidy and clean a bit lop sided but clean which is important.

The room was perfect for a 24hr stay for my daughter and I! It was the perfect location for the Puerto Rican day parade and not too far from the bus station that we used to travel up! Maybe 10 mins from
Times Square..walking distance! Now I know where to stay for my next visit πππ

Cleaning was perfect, I travel a lot and 90% of my arrivals in the hotel rooms I have to request a room move for some cleaning issue, but not here! The room was perfectly clean, towels and bedsheets were amazing. Shoutout for the housekeeping team β¨
Location is amazing, near everything. A perfect walking distance for times square, Rockefeller center, fifth avenue, and train/bus stations
