We had this wonderful smiley, tall, dark cute young man take care of us at the front desk when we arrived. And he held our luggage for us, because we arrived there early and when we checked out, we wanted to do more walking around with the grandkids and he was more than happy to hold our luggage again until we needed to take the train back home. He was so nice and kind and he was there for us as a customer and very happy to do that extra work for us, that was so appreciated. I forgot what his name was, but he was there on the 15th and the 16th, those mornings, please tell him again, thank you.They're lucky to have a nice person like him.

Staff was friendly and solutions oriented. We knew that his property only cleaned rooms every other night of your stay however our room was never cleaned nor items like towels, toilet paper, soap etc were replenished. We tried to call to front desk but the room phone did not work when we wanted items replenished and the front desk staff was very helpful then. Front desk staff seemed shocked every time we ket them know that our room was not serviced.

The hotel is centrally located and convenient to public transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating to allow early checkin. Only unpleasant thing was the strong odor from the toilet. We did not spend a lot of time in the room and sprayed air freshener so we just tolerated it. The staff was very apologetic when we made them aware of it.

Location is perfect if you are visiting and going to the museums, aquarium, planetarium, etc. also have a wonderful restaurant downstairs that had delicious Chinese cuisine.

I booked a room with two queen size beds. When we arrived, the valet parking was full and had to find outside parking. When I checked in, they told me that they were overbooked and transferred me to a room with a king size bed. I had a party of three. We all had to share the bed. The room was small. We had very uncomfortable stay.
