Convenient for tourists!
The location is everything at this hotel. I took the subway from Midway and walked to the Shedd Aquarium and Field Museum and Planetarium. Trader Joe's for quick snacks and beverages during the stay. The room was clean and equipped with the essentials, including mini fridge and microwave. I had a great weekend staying at this hotel.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Property was clean. Downside the shower wasn’t clean and the chair in the room had big holes and looked really nasty. I had to put a towel over it to sit at the desk.

The staff was amazing. The property just needs to be updated, especially the room that I was in (2810) The panel in the bathroom needed painting, and the carpet was pretty old.

I needed a night to bridge a business function that would be a late night and an early next day at the office in the city. I wanted a relatively inexpensive but clean, safe and comfortable room. I got more than what i expected. Electronic key check in, THAT WORKED. Lovely, clean room. Friendly staff from the valet to the front desk staff. I will use this hotel again, definitely
