Lovely time due to lovely staff.
We visited Chicago for The Field Museum this past week. Jason at the front desk was such a wonderful person who helped us. Everyone else we encountered from the valet to the housekeepers was welcoming and professional. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

The only thing I did not understand, although it's nor very important of course, why 6$ were deducted from 300$ deposit. (I guess this is the price of 2 bottles of water in the room) and for such a hotel it's ridiculous as in most hotels water is free. Property was good and safe, had a nice view from room. There were some minor issues in the room but they were solved. In addition, free coffee and tea is offered near the reception, however the water was not hot enough. I would suggest this hotel for my friends and colleagues.

This was a good hotel in a great area. We picked it so we could walk to our daily activities and in worked out great. We have two big dogs that have never experienced a busy city like Chicago and they did great. The pet friendly policy is real at Hilton. I only have one complaint about the room but it wasn’t a big deal. The bathroom has a sliding door that wouldn’t close all the way. Not very private but my dogs noticed and would fill the gap with their snoots.

This hotel was beautiful!! It was so clean and spacious. The layout was very modern and offered a ton of storage space. Coming from a really small midwestern town, Chicago is very intimidating. The Valet gentlemen were so kind and helpful. We didn't explore or do anything in our general area so I can't comment on that. If we were going to the Shedd Aquarium or Field Museum, we definitely would have walked. My kids also loved the pool, and I loved all the windows at the pool for a nice view!

The front desk staff were very unorganized and super rude. They didn't know how to use their credit card machines, and ended up charging me twice for my stay. When I brought it to their attention, they told me it was my problem and asked me to call my bank. I put my bank on the phone with them - and they told Hilton that they charged me twice, and the staff still did NOTHING to help. I paid twice for my "discounted" stay here. Also, the staff is too busy mumbling under their breath about the customers to finish helping the people in line. I will never stay here again.

The room was a bit small, the bed wasn’t a king size my hubby is 6 2 and his feet hang off it. . The parking was a bit pricey (75) a night. They did offer a place to park for cheaper but it was down the road. Only allowed one time in and out. It was nice to be able to walk to the museums. The burger bar around the corner is a nice place to eat. Over all we would stay again.
