I'm staying at Hilton Garden Inn Ridgefield, NJ. Upon me checking in I met w/ Felix. He was so nice and engaging. Had a friendly smile and offered nice pleasantries of conversation. I really appreciated his warm welcoming; he is definitely a special man. It is my 1st stay at Hilton for business and my experience w/ Felix makes me feel I made the right choice. Thank you, Ellee.

Hotel personnel tried their best. Hotel lobby in good shape. Room in great need of upgrading. HVAC didn't work right, couldn't get TV to power on without staff, remote control guide did not work, ice maker on our floor didn't work right. They advertised a "restaurant" which is a joke (no dinner available the days of the week we were there; there were two places nearby for delivery but front desk only had a menu for one of them) and there is a very small bar. Very disappointed thinking I was getting something better with the Hilton name. Will not return.

Location is best. Close to Dream American mall and Korean town. However, the pool and gym is too small. The staff is very helpful.
