Negative part: the room was somewhat noisy because of the air conditioning and because of the noise outside. Otherwise the room was quite pleasant.
Positive: all the staff members were very nice, vey helpful. The breakfast was a real breakfast and we could actually eat in real plates using real ustensils; something rare in many american hotels, even 4 stars. Also it is very well positioned.

my room had a tiny window (2nd floor) which was entirely blocked by what I’m guessing was the hvac, which also randomly made whirring noises on and off all night. I had white noise on but you couldn’t put it high enough to block out this noise.
