EVERYONE ON STAFF WAS PLEASANT. Everyone on staff was WONDERFUL!. from the desk, to the kitchen, to the pool, tova let, to housekeeping. PLEASANT, EXREMELY HELPFUL! I will definitely recommend this A/C Hotel. it's was a LOVELY experience!

Dirty room, tv at the bar didn't work, and the tv's that did work did not have any channels that had the NBA finals. Lights flickering at the bar. Not the most pleasant staff. Overall, poorly managed hotel and will not be going back.

House cleaning was loud early morning. Asked for toilet paper, was never delivered. Front desk staff was nice.

Everything was good, but things what were upsetting are pool rules and that nobody cared about them, no drinking inside the pool for example. And nobody of stuff cares. Also beach... that is just.... bad. If hotel takes some areas of beach, then they should care about it. Clean it! Fish smell is everywhere!
Especially that nonsense about towels, they ALL were wet, definitely used by previous customers, didn't wash and dry after! That guy found only 1 dry, but I could smell someone used it before!

The property was beautiful, the staff were phenomenal and helpful. The staff were friendly and funny, had a lot of laughs. The guest were friendly as well , we all had a great time in the bar and lounge we were rained in and the staff accommodated all of us with good music , we ate, drank 😜 played pool and sang the night away. Love it. This will forever be my go to when visiting Miami!!! Whooooo hooooo! 100 stars 🌟 for me
