1st Room was very dark and lights did not work and overlooked an alley. Was not given the upgraded room I paid for when I booked. They moved me the 2nd day to a new (correct) room. Sink was clogged and would not drain and the toilet would barely flush and ran constantly due to something be lodged in the tank. On top of that there was a $ 59 daily charge for Valet parking with no self parking or street parking available.
Was significantly overcharged from what Hotels.com told me was the total price and there are still pending charges that I am not sure about.
I have stayed at many AC Marriott Bonvoy properties and this one was by far the worst.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed & soft linens! Front desk was very efficient and check in was easy & quick. The location is great!! Nearby and within walking distance to so many restaurants & shopping!!

While clean the hotel is not well maintained. The equipment in the gym is broken, cups and towels now replenished. The kleenex in our room had two left in it...I could go on. In terms of activity in the hotel, while it was supposedly full the lobby and common areas were dead. If you get a price similar to a Best Western its good, otherwise skip it.
