We checked in late as we got stuck in horrible traffic. So our road trip was extended an extra 3 hours so we were exhausted. We get to our first room and it was used. TV was on sheets were pulled back and pillow had an indent like someone was sleeping, the bathroom had used towels laying around and the soap was open. In the moment and being exhausted we went down stairstairs to sort this out not realizing until the next day I left my boots in the first room when I placed them down. We check the desk. No one has stayed in that room since but boots were not there. We check with desk that night and they said room service would have them and they have left. So next morning when checking out we ask the desk.

I was patronized and treated as if there is no difference between a room on an higher floor, and a “better” room. They kept asking me which would I rather have because I couldn’t have both. The rooms were the same except one was on a higher floor.

Nice hotel, facility and staff. They charged me for valet fees every day that I stayed in the hotel, even though I never even used the valet. They also NEVER came to clean our rooms!!

I enjoyed our stay, there are plenty of places to eat around, grocery store within walking distance. In this occasion we chose to stay again in this hotel because were going to a volleyball game at FAU, which the stadium is walking distance from AC Hotel, works perfect! Only thing we don’t like is that is only ballet parking but at least they have the option to help parking your car for a fee ☺️ so that is fine.

Love the property but find it inconvenient that rooms do not have microwave inside and its not the first time that we stay at this hotel and ice machines on floor are not functioning.
