I usually never write reviews for hotels, but this specific hotel was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the fact that the only way you could access a floor was if your room was on that floor, which is very safe. The room was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious; I just wished they had more hot options. This was one of my best hotel experiences, and you can tell the hotel is well-kept and well-maintained.

I really enjoyed my stay and when I checked in the lady at the front desk greeted me with wine which I LOVED LOL.I felt safe became you have to use a key to get in the elevators and the lady at the front desk was so sweet to let me charge up my phone.Also, I was by everything and the hotel was super clean and the bathroom is beautiful. Whenever I come back to Houston I will be staying at this hotel.I hated to leave.Thank you so much for your hospitality.
