We were greeted with a warm welcome from staff. Anitra was amazing. The room and pool were beautiful. Anitra arranged our ride to the airport and gave us a great recommendation for dinner.

Excellent location with access to the beach and all other local convenience. The hotel is well kept. I would suggest improving the food options and offering a juice bar for smoothies and fresh juices.

Check in clerk was not welcoming or inviting. It was obvious she didn’t want to be working that day!
She should have stayed home and called in sick, instead of going to work.

The check-in customer service people were rude. The elevators were very slow and we’re not sure when was working. Other than that, everything else was fine.

The decor of the hotel was good and the front desk was excellent . The property condition was good and parking was easy but the valet charges of $50 per night was expensive.(expected during the holidays ) The only thing, bad was the Bar. The Lady at the bar was completely disinterested in working .She had a couple of friends she was talking to and it appeared that she was doing us a favor by making drinks for us . Also the cocktail drinks she made for us were very much underpar. Otherwise the hotel ambience was great .
