It had a beautiful view

I think the location seems decent and safe. I liked the esthetic of the property and the staff were nice. However, immediately after getting the key, I’m told here is a resort fee. Which you are mandatory charged for daily and can use towards food in the restaurant. But not towards the snack shop. That is unfortunate, since it locks you into using the onsite restaurants. This needs to be better disclosed when booking. I don’t like how this is hidden in the details. Furthermore, the rooms bathroom layout is poor. Especially if you are sharing a room with a friend. There is no privacy and the windows are opaque. All smells seep out of the glass toilet room and isn’t very resort like. The furniture had minor chips and dings. I also think house cleaning could do a better job refilling the coffee and making sure cups are available.

This was a luxury affordable hotel! Being right next to Level 8 was a plus!! Ill stay here again

The staff was kind and courteous. The hotel was clean and well staffed. The outside surrounding area was not safe. Was not in a clean environment.

My son is a coz player, he left 2items in closet, I called right away we live 411/2 hours away they say nothing was left and that room was still vacant we are positive we left them hanging in closet as they didn’t return with us. They are worth 600 dollars each I paid lots of money to stay there. We filled a claim. Thank you I didn’t like that there was no handicap parking, no complimentary breakfast, plus I had to put a 350 dollar deposit. Very disappointed in this hotel.

Outstanding hotel with many choices for dinners and drinks and in a great spot

It was ok. The bathroom/shower lacked privacy. You can hear everyone’s business. Wished it was all enclosed in its own room. Location was great. Restaurants were expensive but I expected that being downtown. Housekeeping kept forgetting to give us coffee creamers and sugar and actual cups. Overall it was ok. Just wished we had more privacy. If you’re not sharing a room with anyone, then it’s great.

This hotel was very cute and very lively. The staff was amazing and there’s plenty of bars and restaurants in the hotel and around the hotel. I highly recommend it.
