I booked a double room and upon arrival after 8 hours of travel the hotel did not ain in accommodating my reservation at their location nor at a sister property. There was no compensation for the night spent in the single bed room aside for a breakfast voucher. The next day after moving to another room, the AC was not working and it took a tech an hour to try to resolve the issue. AC was still not cooling the room. I can't not recommend this hotel. For the rate paid if felt like I was being treated like take it or leave it.

I had a great stay at AC Hotel in New Orleans. The location is great — not in the middle of the crowds, but very close and easily walkable to all main attractions.
The hotel offers honest quality, clean, comfortable rooms and professional staff. I would stay here again.

Got there around noon and asked if they could hold my bags. They checked the system and my room was already ready! Being able to check in 4 hours early was amazing. Great room, great staff. Will definitely be back.

Our first room had no window but the staff was very accommodating and found us another room. Ursula made the breakfast experience wonderful!

Excellent front desk service, clean room. My only observation is that the sliding glass doors in the bathroom are not too safe nor provide needed privacy.
