I was given room 103 which is located near the gym. I could hear all the equipment late into the evening and extremely early the next morning. I would recommend better sound proofing for the gym or the room. The in room HVAC system sounded like a helicopter coming in for a landing while it was cooling.

This is a very convenient, comfortable hotel. They brought a microwave when I requested it. Parking is expensive though.
