When we got to the room the toilet was clogged. Asked them to fix it. And also asked to fix the tv remote that didn’t work. They did neither. The remote was broken but it was also that green M&M thing. Had they fixed one both would have been fixed. So second day we didn’t realize it was still broken til late ate night and my kid had to drop the kids off in the pool. And so it smelled all night. Worse hotels have much better service.

I have stayed at the ac marriott beachwood pine crest multiple times in the past and this was the worse experience ive had... i booked via expedia and paid for my stay before i arrived. when i checked in i was given a totally different price to pay, i showed what i paid expedia and i was still told it would be a upchargebecuase the room rates are flexible the hostess on friday night was very rude and only help she could give me was talk to the manager the next day which i did and was told by shakira the manager she would get to the bottom of this and let me no by the end of the day Saturday.. Saturday came and went and no answer i went to the front desk to talk with her and she refused to have a conversation with me she walked past me 2x in the lobby while i waited to see her and refused to have a conversation with me... expedia rep called the hotel 2x to speak with her the front deskamswered the phone and trasnferred the call to shakira and she refused to answer the phone. When i checked out i was still left with no answer on the upcharge and a extra $258.00 charged to my account iam hopeful that expedia can get to the bottom of this and i get a refund for the upcharge
