Hotel was very clean, the staff was very professional and friendly. Smiles on their faces from the time we checked in until we checked out. The surrounding area was great with all the shops. I will definitely stay there again.

Property has mgmt issues, room booked and paid 3 months in advance, day of all king rooms sold out?!? Room with dble beds wasnt cleaned well. House keeping knocked at 1030 even though DND tag was on door and checkout was noon.

The staff couldn’t determine if I had pre-paid breakfast included in my reservation (I did) and had to get them resolved at the front desk every morning. When I went the first morning they served me an undercooked egg and potato dish and part of it was frozen. Barely any one was there to even keep the breakfast items stocked. We ended up wasting the money we spent the next two days because we didn’t want to get food poisoning. Barely anyone was at the front desk most times and we’d have to wait for someone to come out from the back. It felt like the staff was hiding.

The room and hotel itself was great. The staff was not. Didn’t know how to check someone in, and at check out there was no one at the counter despite me waiting for a while so unsure of what total room charge was. Tried chatting with them after I finally left because I had a flight to catch, and no response. Also tried calling and no answer. I’d stay there again for the hotel itself, but the staff needs work.
