Out of in room Nespresso coffee pods throughout entire stay. Entire floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Fire alarm was going off throughout evening /night. Will not stay here again.

There was a weird vibration that would come and go through the entire building. Happened at all times of the day. When I asked they said it may be the washing machines. Also unfortunately had to listen to an alarm beginning at 5 am for two hours in an unoccupied room next door. Otherwise, room was nice and clean and bathroom was clean.

It’s a very beautiful hotel. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and seemed very immature for the face of such a nice hotel. She was sweet but definitely not a good fit for the first thing you encounter when you come into this hotel. She was on her phone and she kept yawning and saying how tired she was. The bar and breakfast staff were very friendly and professional though. My biggest complaint is we could hear every little thing the walls are so thin and we could hear someone stomping above us until 1 AM. I even had a sound machine.

The employees were fabulous. Especially the lady in the restaurant. Went into the first room and it was not clean. Was given another room and it’s was fine.
