The front desk staff staff was so considerate. After a long drive, I felt ill and the woman who checked me in was so nice. The ambiance at the hotel was lovely!

The room was great, a couple issues, the bathroom sink did not drain well & the ceiling shower head only about half of the holes let water out.
I couldn't find a pillow combination that worked for me, but that is more personal than a hotel issue.
So convenient to the Narrow Gauge RR for the Polar Express. Not a bad walk to restaurants. Wish the hotel had a restaurant or a bar open earlier in the day.
