Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel.
Was double charged and ask for assistance and absolutely no help. everyone will know about my experience.
Best downtown accommodation.
Great experience start to finish. Everyone was helpful and cheerful from arrival to departure. Only problem is the pool area is too small and the bars close too early (midnight).

Valet was great, luggage assistance was great, rooms very clean, everyone was very helpful.
Nice hotel the hall is loud at night.
Everything is so nice however, at night the fan in the room doesn't make enough noise to drown out the people talking in the hallways.

Excellent Hotel in Excellent Location
This location was in the center of downtown Ft. Worth with local entertainment and food nearby. Our room was excellent with a great view of the city. Lobby staff was informative and inviting. Valet parking was quick. We really enjoyed our stay.
Felt Welcomed & Pampered!
Spent the weekend at the Omni in Fort Worth and Mokara Spa and Bob’s Chophouse. Wonderfully relaxing weekend getaway to celebrate my husband's birthday. Hotel staff, spa and restaurant staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and pampered. Definitely worth another trip!

Clean room with nice beds and linens. Smash burger was delicious.

Beautiful atmosphere. The bed was as comfortable as if I were at home in my own. Security is top notch. Everything you need and more all under one roof. I highly recommend the lavender honey latte with breakfast at the in house Cast Iron Skillet Restaurant. I’m an early riser and being able to have access to breakfast at 6:30am was very convenient. The valet service is amazing. My favorite feature of my stay was how every detail is environmentally conscious.
