We celebrated our birthdays and Valentine’s Day. It was a fabulous time.
The most accommodating resort I hurt my hip on the way there the man named James helped me so much
My stay was very nice. My injuries were very painfully and these two men drove me in the golf cart and were very courteous. H13715862 is our reservation number.
Friendly
The restaurants are great and the grounds are beautiful but what made it for me was the friendliness of all the people that worked there, the staff, the waiters, the bartenders. I always decide how good a place is on would I go back and yes I would.

Good family hotel.
Food was great. Check in no problem. Golf amazing. Rooms by the golf course very humid and mildew and wet feeling. No hooks for towels in room. Staff were excellent. Kid pools are hectic. Adult pools okay.

Overall a great experience with a few minor complaints. The junior suite was huge with lots of room but there was underutilized space in the bathroom. For example there was nowhere to hang the hand towel. No door between the toilet and the rest of the bathroom.
The property is huge and requires a lot of walking to get around. It’s at least 1/2 a mile from our room to the main pool for example. The parking lots are not well paved at all and our lot had no lighting.
The pools were very nice and the staff very friendly and attentive. We had a few minor issues that were quickly resolved once we contacted them. Good property overall but I’d probably try a different resort if I was in the area again.
