Always top notch.
Our experience here always starts at the front door! Shawn has greeted us the last three years we’ve been in town for basketball. He makes the experience amazing and we appreciate him, he also introduced us to an outstanding young man named Alex this year. Our room is clean. The pool is relaxing. Highly recommended by our family.
Great stay
Arrived at a busy time. The team from valet to front desk were on point! What I assumed would take a long time went very quickly. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Clean, hotel. Food was great. Service was excellent!
Great date night spot
We had a great stay! Very clean, tons of amenities, several food and drinks options. The roof pool, hot tub and fire pit were great!
Elegant
We were pleasantly surprised that such a beautiful spot was in Louisville. A large property but very comfortable. The connecting shops (fall market) were very handy. Beds and rooms great.
Great rooms and food.
The hotel room was great, the food at Bob’s was great, lots of other food options available, beautiful hotel.
Great Stay
Love the cleanliness, friendly staff and amazing amenities.
GREAT place to stay!
Here for a wedding with lots of family and friends. The hotel was a great base for all even for older folks who didn’t want to leave the hotel because of the heat. Great comfortable library off the lobby and amazing restaurants of every kind plus a wonderful pool for the kids. Will definitely come back.
Very nice stay.
All was good. If I were to nitpick I’d say the room A/C could be upgraded and ceiling lights updated. Room was pretty dark.

Hi, real quick. The pool bar had no staff there the entire stay. The "market " had a private function and we were unable to get a coffee or a grab and go sandwich. There were no notice of either amenities being closed. We had to leave the hotel and go to the Marriott for dinner one night because EVERYTHING was closed to the public, even though we were guests for 8 days there. Next time we'll choose a better place with amenities that actually are for all the guests of the hotel
